So on this website I have found conflicting food guides about the 24 day challenge. So I was wondering is really ok to have a small amount of lean red meat and can any of the meat be ground at times? Also I drink Muscle Milk protein shake after my weight training 3 days a week so would it be ok to drink that after day 10 of course?

      @ Sbn,
That is fine, but watch out for cocktail sauce as it contains sugar, and can be high in sodium.

Our group eliminates dairy during the cleanse, so we don’t use the meal replacement shakes.

For best results – use water and Spark. Peanut butter must be natural – no sugar added.

Im on day 4 and had times where i just felt very weak and woozy. Ive followed everything 100% so far and just wanted to see if this was normal. I see you saying not to do the replacement shake during the clense as well?? If not then why is it on there to take after the fiber drink? Ive drank the shake each day its told me to. Is this going to effect my results?

No wheat (no pasta, bread, cereal, etc.) and no dairy, so no chicken parm (it would most likely also have breading).

I hope this is still monitored because I’m feeling really discouraged. I’m on day 7 of the cleanse and I do not feel like I am being “cleansed” at all. I did on the 2nd day but ever since then I feel like I’m irregular and not cleaning out my body. I haven’t lost any weight.. but I did have a high sodium dinner last night so I may just be retaining water.

Is this normal on the cleanse? Should I be having daily BM’s? Because I’m not…

Hi this could be normal if while doing the cleanse you are not paying attention to what goes in, a high sodium diet it not good during cleanse. Try to stay with non processed foods avoid salt and sugar. I should mention this is like no other cleanse ie the term gentle and uneventful You should be regular please double check with your advisor and make sure you are using the product correctly

Grapes are okay in a small portion, and should not be the only fruit you eat. Add some high fiber fruit like berries. Also apples, oranges, melon.

I’m reading too many conflicts from many different advisors. One group says since mushrooms are a fungi/mold they are not allowed during the cleanse just like cheese. Another group states that cottage cheese is okay because it is a protein. Do you have a link to something the actual company advises should be avoided that has not been altered by different teams?

I am on my first day of the cleanse and felt kind of weak after not having any carbs all day. After my workout class tonight, I knew I needed an energy boost. I had two sparks today which helped. For dinner, I had long grain wild rice, canned green beans, and a veggie burger with a little salsa. I put it on one piece of whole wheat bread. Apparently the wheat bread was a no no – but I thought this was a complex carb. Was the rest of my meal okay?

      @ Katie,
You are not following the instructions. Please read them again. No wheat on the cleanse. 1 complex carb a day (1/2 cup brown rice or half sweet potato, or hummus are good). Use fresh vegetable, not veggie burgers now – they all have some filler. No wild rice. Eat the suggested protein and salad and fruit and veggies.

Take 3 catalyst half hour before breakfast and half hour before lunch
Starting with Phase 2 and beyond
Take 1 ThermoPlus and 3 catalyst half hour before breakfast and before lunch (with your MNS BEFORE BREAKFAST and BEFORE LUNCH packets).
