New Advocare Bars – Review

I finally got some new meal replacement bars, and put them to the test.  As you know I am an avid fan of the old meal replacement bars.  I was not mentally ready to accept something new, but had to check out the new bars.  They are less fat and calories, and it is not only the label that is new, but certainly the taste as well.  The old bars were very dense and took a while to chew, which is good, so that you don’t feel like you ate nothing.  ;-)  These bars are completely different.  They are thinner and have the consistency of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.  They do taste good, but I suggest you eat them slowly and savor the feeling of eating something rich and creamy while knowing that it is good for you and packed with protein.  Verdict?  I am buying more!!!  Enough said.  :-)

    I am having a hard time with breakfast on the cleanse phase. I thought I was told I could the fiber bars during the cleanse phase or have a meal replacement shake?
    now I am confused. What would be the best thing to eat after the fiber drink??

      @ Kim Recommended meals are in the instructions and grocery list here http://www.advotips.com/program-instructions/. Watch for a new post this weekend on great foods for both phases. Although some groups use the meal replacement shakes during the cleanse, our group does not use dairy during the cleanse. Avoid fiber bars until after the 24 Days.

      Definitely not during the cleanse. Try to wait until after the 24 Days so you can see how you do first.
