There are lots of great things to eat. Review the instructions for the cleanse and Phase 2, and take a look at our Great Foods Guide, which lists suggestions of foods to have on hand with appropriate amounts to eat. You should never be hungry with this plan if doing correctly. We frequently update the list, so be sure you have the latest one.
