Baked Tilapia

Baked Tilapia

3 ounce tilapia filets
Pam (olive oil flavor)
salt
pepper
garlic powder
dried mined garlic

Preheat oven to 450°. In glass baking dish, spray Pam.
Lightly coat the top of filets with Pam,  Season well with salt, pepper, garlic powder and lots of dried minced garlic. Bake for 20 minutes.

    Most of these recipes include salt, which I thought was a big no-no on the advocare plan!!! Help me understand. 🙂

      @ Molly,
      You can have some salt, but in limited portions, especially if not using processed food which might have high sodium content.

    How much food are you suppose to eat at a meal? How much protein? Is it alright not to eat meat?

      You do not need to eat meat, but you do need protein. Good protein sources are in this post. You shouldn’t be hungry if eating 3 meals and 2 snacks per plan. See the Great Foods guide for food suggestions.
