Perhaps the biggest question we get from the Contact Us form has to do with making a mistake or making a poor food choice.  Here are the 2 most common:

1) I forgot to take my supplements, or I took my supplements incorrectly.  Did I ruin everything?

2) I ate “bad stuff” or “the wrong things” or went out drinking with friends. What can I do?

The answer is the same for both.  Get back on plan immediately, and don’t look back.  Go forward “on plan” and eat correctly.

Do not double up on supplements because you have extra!

As long as you are “on plan” 90% of the time, you should do fine.

Thought I would share a little “secret recipe” that has really worked for me.

If I need to jump start myself back in gear after a night out, here is what I do.  This is just my personal method, but it has had great results.  I have a meal that is very high in fiber and nutrients.  I try to have something very colorful that has the freshest and best looking veggies and fruit.  Here is a meal I had a few days ago that follows this pattern.  Two fresh hard boiled jumbo eggs (still warm with fresh cracked pepper), steamed asparagus (natural diuretic), small amount of steamed broccoli, baby cukes, yellow pepper, orange cherry tomatoes.  Bowl of beautiful raspberries and blackberries (most fibrous fruit).  You can vary the fruits and veggies, and you can substitute with PLAIN grilled chicken or turkey.  I think you can see the pattern here.  This works for any phase of the 24 Day Challenge (Cleanse and 14 Day MNS)

    What are the suggested serving sizes for fruits and complex carbs? I’ve seen the protein, veggies, and water portions given. Also what about eggs? Thanks!

    I feel stupid. I didn’t bother lookin at the plan and kept taking the fiber drink and I ended up only with one left when I was suppose to take the last 3 on the 8, 8 & 10 day ! ):

    I just started my 24 day challenge and I have already made a mistake. Ugh. I was looking at the wrong page and took the probiotics on day one. I now see I wasn’t supposed to take them until day 4. So, since I now will only have 6 days worth of probiotics for days 4-10 what should I do? Maybe only one pill for two if those days or skip day 10? Please advise. Thank you very much! Jill Balsly

    There are so many different version of food list which has me confused. Can I eat potatoes or sweet potatoes during the cleansing phase? I’m on day 2 and have had them both so have I totally screwed up my challenge?

      Half a sweet potato can count as your complex carb.

    I totally forgot to take the last 3 fiber packets in the 1st phase of the 24 day challenge. Should I take them during the second phase with the MNS?

    If I take the MNSMAX 3 with the cleanse, do I take the 30 min before white packet with the fiber drink and/or probiotic restore and then eat breakfast like usual? Thanks!

    So, I am on day 11 today and I am down only 2 pounds. I was down 4 pounds on day 8 but my number seems to be climbing and my clothing doesn’t feel any different. I am trying to follow the plan and was doing well but I am starting to get discouraged. Is this normal am I on track?
