Easy Summer Meal

It is steamy out there this week, and this meal is perfect for eating outside.  You can prepare this meal in less than 15 minutes (plus the grilling time) and it is Advocare friendly for all phases. Flavor combinations are so good that we repeat this a lot especially in summer.

The menu:

  • Grilled Salmon (see our recipe and tips) To save $$ we like to buy a large piece of Salmon at Costco or Sams and cut it ourselves for several meals.
  • Steamed broccoli
  • Half avocado
  • Grape or San Marzano tomatoes
